The ExpirationDate plugin lets you set a deletion date for your posts (and pages).
To set an expiration date, you add a custom field called “Expiration Date” (no quotes) with the deletion date as the value. The date should be in YYYY/MM/DD format. (Read more…)

This plugin lets you use images to replace the titles of your posts, thus circumventing the problem of guessing what fonts your end-users might have installed.
This is primarily a reworking of the Image Headlines plugin by Brian “ColdForged” Dupuis, so that it would work in WordPress 2.3. Of course, THAT was a reworking of another plugin by Joel Bennett. Anyway, this plugin lets you replace text on your site (titles specifically, but you can actually replace just about anything) with atttractively rendered TrueType Fonts images. (Read more…)

Recently, people on the WordPress forums were trying to find the Fancy Categories plugin. The home site of the plugin was dead and nobody seemed to have a copy, just a link. I tried to help find it, without much success.
Enter BB Iverson, who was able to locate a copy by cleverly asking someone who was using it. BB sent it to me, as I had offered to provide a new home for it. And here we are.
I did not write this plugin, nor have I tested it under WP 2.3. I’ll try to at least play with it a little tonight and post an update here. In the meantime, you can download it here:
